I often have a stout for my supper beverage, and it's often an oatmeal stout. Here's one I thoroughly enjoy (although I'm reluctant to support the arrogant name the brewery gives the beer):

Here is a 30 pf. oatmeal liquor that my wife found, super sweet, makes decent phoo-phoo drinks.
