Beverages and Blades - Traditional of Course

Mucho thanks to all you guys who posted these photos. Outstanding photography and subject matter. Some of those bottle labels are PURE ART!

Using my Camillus scout knife to pop open a nice sarsaparilla on this nice evening.

Excellent scout knife!

Enjoyed my first beer and day off in 28 days yesterday. Spent it in the garden catching up on a lot of much needed yard work before the storm hit. It's great to be back and I hope you all have been well here on the porch. I'm enjoying catching up on all the great beverage and blade photos as well as everything else traditional.

Sircharlespiko, really great to see you back around these parts! Hope you enjoyed that Lagunitas Aunt Sally and look forward to seeing you around when time allows.

I'll bet that first sip was extra refreshing, Mike! How did the Opinel hold up on the trip? Looks like you got some use out of it! It's great to have you back on the Porch for a spell.

Thanks tmd_87! It's nice to be back. You boys have been drinking some great beers and spirits while I was gone for sure. I was going to save this one for later in the week but it's pouring and I put in another long day so I'd say it's warranted. Between the Opinel and natural micarta #71 not sure I'd ever need another hard work knife. Was happy to get both of these out of the mail yesterday. I saw that you also have been enjoying a new #71. It's hard to beat that natural micarta IMHO.

Both of these DIPA's were outstanding

Sounds like you earned those brews!

Ya I have an orange delrin, the natural micarta and have a burgundy linen and the burlap in the mail headed my way. I'm really liking this pattern!

Me and my buddy are gonna make a run to a couple local breweries in the Sacramento area this weekend gonna be a good time.
