It takes a lot of chutzpah to make spurious allegations of the nature proffered in this thread without offering up the corresponding evidence.

What made the ultimate determination somewhat less difficult than it might have been was the failure of each side to live up to their responsibilities as members of this community.

We appreciate your help and support in these matters. Boru13 Boru13 deserves a lot of credit for his doggedness in moving this case forward expeditiously.
