Just a friendly Heads up guys.

This Guy is a waste of time and money : PachaasPaisaa AKA Anand Moses

He agreed to buy one of my Custom XM-18's, then backed out with some lame excuse.

I have since found out, that this is his tactic on other knife forums, and he has done the same thing, to others, a few times in the past.

Deal with him at your own risk.

How easily they forget what a small community this really is....:barf:

It sure is and when one's reputation is on the line you would think they would not want to risk it by BS-ing about payment on a deal.

The knife world is very very small!!!

His rep will lead to sales where he will be required to ship a bank check or cash via overnight mail if he wants to buy a knife!!!.
On all sales he will be required to pay and mail within 24 hours!!!

Time for him to post an explanation here, one would think........................

Guys I recently payed for a knife from this guy and he said he shipped it....days go by and no knife and very poor communication on his part.He assures me it has shipped.

I then find this thread and become very worried,,I send him numerous emails and no response.I finally open a dispute with PP and what do you know he responds and says" a friend mailed the knife but it was sent to the wrong addy":jerkit:
Yeah right...I find it funny how he would not respond untill I opened a dispute.Luckaly he still had the $$ in his account so PP refunded me immediately.

Now I don't know if he was be truthful or not,,I mean I know he owns the knife in question because he has posted about maintnance on it in the past in the Spyderco section. He even knocked off $10 because of an issue on his part, plus he still had the funds in his account.Plus he sold an XM18 awhile back to another member with no issues.
I mean if he was trying to rip me off he woulden't of knocked off $10 and would of taken the money out of his account so PP could not refund it right??

So I'm just saying,,Please use caution when dealing with this guy.He has apparently had issues on other forums as well.

This whole transaction was very wierd and I can't tell what really happened.

well in a nutshell what happened was that my business associate mixed up some packages and the customer was never sent a knife

i spent a few days trying to figure it out, and admittedly, i did not respond to emails or pm's i guess because i was trying to handle the situation

however, the money was refunded immedeately after the claim was filed, because the error was mine, i took full responsibility of my actions and made it right

I will say that he did refund my money immediately,,and that is one of the reasons I think it was just a mistake.

it was a complete mistake on my part

was not trying to scam you or just take your cash and run

glad we could work it out

No worries.
The fact that you made an effort to post on this thread and refund my money immediately tells me it probably was a mistake.
The posts above were from sellers who say you backed out of deals, so that doesn't mean you are a scammer or dishonest, it just means you spoke to soon on a knife sale.

I just bought a Spyderco Bradley and FG Manix 2 a couple of weeks ago, there were some shipping delays, and after stumbling upon this thread, I was a little worried, but I got the knives last week, and the delays were not all his fault and all understandable.
