I ordered a Kershaw Leek from The Blade Shop to send to someone as a gift and received it in a about a week. The knife had scratches on the clip a wear marks on the case. It had to have been previously purchased, used and then returned to The Blade Shop and then sent out to me. This was totally unacceptable, especially since it was to be given as a gift. I phoned them but there was no way to get another knife to me in time to give as a gift so I returned it. No only did it take over a month to get credit for the knife, I was also charged a restocking fee for a used knife. If this is a sample of the way they do business, anyone considering a purchase for them should think twice.
