Had a friend send in his beloved cpk's so I could refine some patterns and trim them down and refine them (thanks again Seporith Seporith you legend). Still working on the final bfk pattern but offering up this prototype/test sheath that came out pretty clean, no idea if I'll stick with this style. Sold.

Also happens to fit the UF with excellent retention.

Your work is super clean. It’s very impressive, my friend.

Very clean indeed, can you include a shot of the inside? I assume no exposed rivets that could scratch blade or scales? Also safe to assume this is set-up for RH users primarily?

RH but the belt loop style acts like a swivel so there is some flexibility in carry. It's a prototype so the rivets are exposed but they are domed inward as not to catch.

Whether or not the flat of the rivet can scratch micarta over time, no idea... but I can seal the top rivet off (I don't think the bottom one is a concern for the handle).

Good question!

Update, I'm going to seal the top rivet. I honestly dont believe the bottom rivet will be an issue as is.

Nice job buddy....Liking the color too......Miss the natural a little..😉......Keep up the good work👍
