Do you work at a downhill shop? Seems like they found the rock they were looking for.![]()
one of our demo bikes came back with a slight problem. Should buff right out.
I’m wondering what happened to the rider.Do you work at a downhill shop? Seems like they found the rock they were looking for.

Andy's fine, he feels bad about wrecking the bike- he was pretty sheepish when he dropped it off. And I gave him the old man scowl, which I could tell further wounded his ego. I'm all about tough love.
this is the area I do most of my riding (scroll about 4 minutes in for the riding part)
I bought a Pivot in 2020 and thought this is the type of riding I’d be able to do. After a minor crash, I realized my confidence and “no fear” attitude was gone. I’ll take this trail at 2 mph, and taking the hill down as an alternative to the jump.Andy's fine, he feels bad about wrecking the bike- he was pretty sheepish when he dropped it off. Seriously.I bought a Pivot in 2020 and thought this is the type of riding I’d be able to do. After a minor crash, I realized my confidence and “no fear” attitude was gone. I’ll take this trail at 2 mph, and taking the hill down as an alternative to the jump.
It’s also hard to tell how narrow/wide things are from watching a video, especially at speed (no different than rollercoasters where it looks like your hands are going to get chopped off and people not only drop their hands, but duck their heads, then when you actually look up, you realize that the clearance is actually several feet above upraised arms).you'd think so, but I've been riding these trails for over 20 years and run my bar full width (800mm). I use the extra leverage and I'm closer to the ground than most![]()
