I understand how hard this decision must be for Amy and while I understand it (and commend her on it) - It saddens me to no end.

Amy - you have been my inspiration and standard for true customer service - Ya just treat people like old friends.:) And you sincerely want to make them happy. Your always positive outlook and constant (yes constant) energy were amazing and I always looked forward to getting to call the shop and speak with you.

Best wishes and know we will miss you and I do hope you stop in from time to time to say Hi to us old hogs.

You will be missed.
You were the highlight for myself and I am sure many others at Blade each year.

Amy, I only met you recently at Blade and spoke a few times but that was enough to say that you will be missed. Best wishes to you and your parents and your family.

But we know that we are in good hands.

Awww man, thats heavy news. Its good to see that you have your priorities straight though Amy. Family always comes first. Good luck in the future and hopefully see you again someday.

Amy, thank you for everything over the4 years. I cannot begin too express how much your help and friendship has meant to me.

I know your parents are very lucky to have a daughter like you, and pray their care all goes well.

I never got to meet Amy in person but everytime she answered the phone, it was a pleasure to talk to her.

It is very sad to hear this but I am sure she is doing the right thing.
