I call that knife the chicken boner. The blade is ZDP-189. I slide my index finger backwards into the notch to give me a little more blade control. I showed the knife to Sal at the blade at the Blade Show. He asked if I was some kind of knife maker. I replied that my collector friends call me the mangler.
