Awesome pics, Jeepnut. I think I'm hungry b/c that cheese and salami photo is burned in my brain. Slicing some dill cheese and salami with Infi is all good. I love dill cheese.

That's some pretty awesome looking country!  are those the Blue Ridge Mts.?

Great pics. I was there last year looking for a place to do a rope rescue class. The rock point where your bottle of the good stuff was resting is the best, you can look into a valley on either side of you. I'll have to go back soon!

Yeah, damn near perfect place. It was my first trip there. Definitely going again. :D

wow looks like a spot on Skyline Dr in National Park.

didnt think you could camp on that ledge though....:)

sweet pics

You just made my day with those pics. gorgeous scenery, camping, knives, likker.

The Balvenie is one of my favorite scotches.

Ha ha, that is what I like to see. A nearly empty bottle of booze, right on edge of a precipitous deadly cliff. My spidey sense says "Danger". Then add a pile of sharp knives (not to mention sharp cheese). that is a recipe for fun.

I don't think I've ever had the Portwood...gotta try that next. I'm nearly done with a bottle of 12 y/o Doublewood, and before that it was the 15 y/o something or other.

Nice choice in sidearm, btw. Sorry for the ridiculously blatant hijack, but I think it'd be even more utilitarian if it were like this:

I bet bringing this thread back from last year has Phil itching to get back out there:p

Again, awesome pics of a great place. Hope you get to go back soon:thumbup:

Oh, Phil, you're killing me with that Uncle Mofo.:cool: I think that's my grail knife, now.

Oh, you are NOT kidding. This Spring has been too busy for me to get out. I gotta a whole bunch more INFI to bring now!

Great pics!!!!

Is the see-thru tent to aid you in seeing the bear before he eats you, or visa-versa??? :D
