Big Sky Country Conference Photos

It's great to finally see some photos of the knives. Man there are some beauties among them. Amongst all these beauties my favorites are, in no particular order:

1. Wade Colter's Man in the Moon folder
2. Josh Smith's Push Dagger
3. Don Fogg's Bowie
4. Bruce Bump's Knife/pistol

Josh, thanks for the links, it looks like you'll had a great time.

Great Pics!! Awesome knives:thumbup:

Looks like a great time. Especially with the Bowling ball cannon and anvil toss:eek:

Josh,

Thanks for posting all of the photos of the knives and the event. There were some spectacular knives there.

You live in a beautiful part of the country.

Thanks Josh. I liked your bowie and push dagger very much. Some of my other favorites were Bruce Bumps bowie and pistol/knife, Don Fogg's knife and Rick Dunkerley's folder. There were many spectaculer knives but those were the ones that came to mind.

Something appears to have happened to Buddy's link as I was unable to view the pictures and received a Fototime error? Worked OK on my second try.

It is easy to tell that it was a great event and I hope to make it there some time.

I talked to Eric and he was able to make it so we can click on each picture. Here are a few I thought I would share.

Eric Eggly is one amazing photographer!

This is a little patch of water and field very near my house. Eric took this at sunset as we were headed to the golf course for dinner after the hammer in.

Eric took this after he left the conference and went to Glacier Park. This lake is about 3 1/2 hrs. north of here.

A view of the room at the Big Sky Show friday night.

Thanks for all the great pictures of makers and knives.

The Don Fogg really does it for me. Just a great shape and elegant package overall. Have to admit, the Bruce Bump knife-pistol is just cool as heck. The attention to detail and workmanship is just wonderful.

Thanks again!

Some really good knives, quality people, and especially good photography in these albums. I've enjoyed the tours immensely!

Thanks,

Coop

Doubt there's many more beautiful places where one can go to spend a weekend with outstanding people, learn about and purchase beautiful custom knives, shoot a cannon and/or a Thompson Machine Gun and get a tattoo to boot. Doesn't get much better than that.

Thanks Eric and Josh for giving the less fortunate a look at an extraordinary weekend.

Wow a machine gun! This looks so much fun. I love those first images of the lake and mountains. Nice pictures. Looks like a great time.

Great Pics! Thanks for the insight for those of us that couldnt go. Oh and your multibar twisted pushdagger is INSANE!

Shawn

Some great knives beautiful scenery and a bunch of fine folks. Does not look like it could have gotten any better

+1 on your push dagger! Not a genre of knife that generally gets me going, but that one is way too sweet.
While I really enjoy all the pictures of the knives, the candid human shots are really extraordinary. What an eye that man has, a fantastic photographer in my book.
