Every Queen or Schatt Morgan knife that I have, which are about twenty in number, I got from him. Never had to return one. He personally checks each and every knife he sends out. Also, he doesn't sell knives for a living. If there is something you don't like about the knife, he will take it back, no questions asked. Give him a call, he is always glad to talk knives.

Moving to TGB&U ... 
Bill made right with me concerning a Queen Hawbaker that wasn't quite right. The hawbaker blade had a nasty edge ding from catching the clip blade every time it was closed. Bill replaced it no questions asked. Great person to do business with. He has a great passion for knifes like most of us here and a top notch business sense.
