Here are a couple of candidates for a B&T carry. The Bow River comes with a leather sheath. The hollow ground & lovely aqua paring knife from BF's own Joshua Fisher Joshua Fisher would need a sheath added, though it did come in a sturdy wood box. The parer is 154cm stainless as I recall, but Joshua can clarify if I'm wrong, I'm sure. I took the extra, more straight-on pics of it to better show the actual blade profile shape.
It’s always neat seeing older pieces of mine, that one with my original stamp would be 8670 carbon steel in 1/16” thick stock which helped keep the paring knife very light. Most of my current models I’m using Nitro-v stainless as my standard option and Magnacut stainless as a slight upgrade.

Thank you, sir, for the clarification. My recommendation for that knife as a possible handy bird and trout knife remains. Hope all's well in your world.

I like bird and trout knives not for hunting or fishing but just nice sized fixed blades for small chores, more than enough to cut what I need done.

Two of my favorites, a O’Neill bird and amd trout in Cruwear and a Dunn knife modified by David Mary to thin out the handle.

Another O’Neill in nitro V and ivory micarta.
