Where the heck are the bison burgers? I was going to have an antelope burger for lunch, but opted for a thin crust pizza instead. Now, I am chomping at the bit, with a shot glass of Wild Turkey in one hand, waiting for the buffalo burger photos.

Man, they didn't last long enough to take pictures...

Mixed the Bison meat with some hot pepper jelly medley before shaping the patties. A nice sweet KICK to 'em... :thumbup:
