I went on a hunting trip to New Zealand for Red Stag back at the beginning of March. I harvested a good size stag and the hunting outfit was responsible for prepping and shipping it ( all of which I paid for) to the United States.

As of last week it hadn't shipped, despite being told 3 months ago that "it will ship within the next seven days. I reached out August 29th and again was told it would ship "within the next 7 days".

I did my research and looked in NZ laws, which hugely protect me in this situation. I contacted the hunting outfit and told them if I didn't have shipping confirmation by the next day I was taking legal action. Needless to say they shipped it immediately and sent over the info.

Frustrating. I paid a significant sum for the hunt, trophy processing, and shipping. It was supposed to ship within 3 weeks of my hunt ending. They delayed it nearly 6 months. Piss poor service with no communication.

It's on its way now. Hopefully it all ends well.

Are you waiting on a rack/mount or on the processed meat?
 
My entry for today....

If you are bringing your car to a body shop... please make sure stained dirty panties , and adult toys are removed from the trunk... some gm paint codes are next to the spare tire..... this is not the first time this has happened.......
