When oh when will we...if ever...get factory micarta scales for the BK14? Soon please? The plastic ones are fine...but the same exact design in micarta would just be perfect. Heck...even the BK11 has factory micarta...come on now!

Me too!! I've heard that red kool-aid powder works well. I'd like to figure out a way to turn the Orange scales green.....short of using a Harry Potter wand

Looks like he used rit dye to me. I used that on my tweener zytel. It will definitely change the color but specific colors are somewhat hard to get. If you do a little searching I am sure you can find some other threads on it. Hope that info helps guys.

I have heard rit due works with g10. I wasn't sure if it would work on the zytel....
