BK-2 Vs. Toyotoa HiLux

Hey NjBillK.......

Thank you..... It is a pleasure to hang out with fellow knife nuts....... As many of you know I have been collecting and using knives for over sixty years....... First blade was a Plumb hatchet (birthday aged seven) and I am still very much in love with my obsession...... The people who inhabit this forum have endowed me with many friends, some of them quite close...... And , of course you guys buy my knives which, makes me happy because, like any designer it makes me feel good and, you all do feed my bank account...... If I can lend a hand..... You betcha......... Grinter was very ethical, I thought and the least I could do........, ya, I love the brotherhood steel... Good folks spend time there.....

Ethan

There's not many people that have ethics and morals like you Ethan. Those are the things that make us immortal because they live in through our children and grandchildren. Which is beautiful to watch unfold.

You Ethan are a piece of work, I have been to your house, I've eaten WAY to much food at your table (over-eating like never before) and I've benn so lucky as to get to trawl through your collection of knives.
I get just as stunned every time I see you go WAY out there to please your followers in the way just you know how to do.....
I hope to make it to Blade next year, just to get a chance to shoot the breeze with a genuine good person like you again...
(And to have some beers with the rest of the Beckerheads offcourse, LOL)....

Hey Bobber.......

I can only hope that we can sit down an break bread together again.... Last night at dinner with Moose and Momma Moose I mentioned how much I enjoyed your visit....... You and Len make fine feasting companions, indeed....... I plan on breaking the seal on the aquavit at the fall gathering in a toast to the two of you....... Hurry back...... Stay longer.....

Ethan

Hurrying allready Ethan..
I've actually gotten my sweaty hands om some Yingling up here in Norway to bring to Len at the gathering....
Cheers will be made in your honor then too sir...

There is really, honestly nothing more awesome than the original designer of the blade not only offer to replace one that got messed up but then volunteer to personally fix the marred blade...!?!

Wow. This exemplifies the reason why there is such a loyal following for Becker Knife & Tool.

Simply outstanding!

Well if I wasn't already committed to Becker knives after reading this thread and Ethan's post? I can't think of a reason to buy any other knife? Period. Becker knives. What happens when class meets quality!
