BK 62

kind of an expensive knife to buy just to mod. It's appeal is in the historical accuracy. It hit the mark really well. If you want a different knife, make one or have one made, in the steel of your choice, at a hardness to perform the tasks you desire.

And @bikerector
I agree about modifying a production blade....No Big Deal.
Heck..... My First thoughts as I initially grabbed the Knife (I was probably one of the first 20 here who got one) was that I wanted to put a big finger choil on it..... Seeing that here, in those first days of it's release would Surely have got me Banned! :/

Hmmm... the appeal is the basicness and historicalness of the BK62, but now I was offered a crazy deal on the Benchmade Puuko 200. 150 bucks, which is 60 bbucks below standard price in my country, and is also 30 dollars below the BK62 price (Yes, prices are just higher in Sweden). Now I'm torn between them.

And Edit: Even though I like Scandi grind, I don't love it, I actually prefer FFG :O
Plus, 1095 is one of my absolute favourite steels.
Hmm... the BK 62 would be my listening to my guts and heart, the Benchmade would be listening to my wallet...

Don’t worry; your wallet will eventually forgive you...
