Looking good. Need some in olive drab though.
No problem, if I made them in aluminum, then I can have them hard anodize in OD. Thanks, Warrior.

Well, not quite OD but should give us an idea...;)

Olive drab looks good, but I could do without the graphics though.

Some good stuff you got there SHARP.

Send me a set to try out.....

Looks like you got some good machining programs, you also might need a guy to deurrr them ;)

ive got a question for ya Sh@rp...can you make a Ti scale for a ZT 0551? Id like to replace the G10 and liner side with a Ti slab equal thickness of the lock side. ive got a set of Izula scales from you, so i know how nice your work is and ive been thinking about the Zt scale since i got her. thanks brother

Thanks my friend, when I have my ZT 0551 the first thing I'm going do is to replace the G10 with Ti scale, but I'm still on the waiting list. Well, we just have to wait;);)

Back side of the scale, notice that the screw hole is just .001" diameter bigger than the screw:eek:

Damn, that looks like a completely different knife. Looks sweet. Have a question for you. If these were to be anodized in olive drab, would the reflective look be gone? Or, would it still have that shine to it? I was wondering if there were such thing as a "flat" anodize.

Wow, that looks incredible. Not that I would ever walk around with that thing (waaay too much bling for me), but it looks just plain awesome. Just one thing, these scales look pretty thick in that last picture. Looks like it could cause some major hotspots. But then again, you're the guy who held them, and who am I to judge your sense of ergonomics?

Will you give out the CAD files? Can I buy the CAD files from you? I'm not planning to go into production with those, it's just that handing the files to my CNC dude here in Berlin would be an easier way to get something like that done than me ordering a set from you and paying shipping, tax, customs... you get the point. I'm thinking acrylic with a bead blast finish and some tritium vials inside... :D

Incredible work! Thanks for letting us see the process!
