BK Scale Project ***FINAL***

I am overwhelmed with your generosity Sh@rp. Can't wait to get 'em. Haven't decided yet if they'll go on my BK9 or BK2 that's still out getting fitted for a custom sheath. I'm kinda leaning towards the 2 because the whole package would be custom then, and I'll end up carrying that one more and showing off your fine handiwork anyway. Thanks again. Eskabar is not too far in my future, so I'll be a paying customer next time. Take care, and I'll post pics when they've found their permanent home.

Some lucky few will get to try em out!

The 77 is something all by itself, but that is just over the top.

If it were mine, I could NEVER bring myself to use it though ... Too "purrrdy" (LOL)

Wow Sharp, these things are amazing! I read the entire thread, and gotta say, you're a hell of a good guy. I'm sure I'll be doing business with you sometime in the future.

May be sometime in future. I have a big project coming. It will be a while before I go back to make BK scales.

A big knife-related project? Can't just leave us hangin' like that Brother! Well, I guess you can, but whatever, I hope it's something you make lots of money from and get much satisfaction out of. Best of luck with whatever ya got goin'.

After swappin' your scales around between my 9, 2 and then briefly of the new BK10, I settled on rockin' them on the 9. I'm going to try my hand at some file work that, if I don't just butcher it, should look just awesome on the spine between your scales. I'll post pics so keep checkin' in here even if you're not workin' on Becker projects for the time being. And thanks again for everything Sh@rp. You're a heck of a craftsman, and a heck of a guy.

Thanks, my friend. I wish not to reveal what project I'm working on yet. I agreed with your decision to leave the scales on the BK9. When I was making them I only have the BK7 to base so that explains why they feel good on the 7 and bigger knife. Many good and kind words for my work from this BK forum which I really much appreciated. For those who complained about pricing because they can't justified to spend more money on the scales than the knife, that's understandable but one thing I would like to point out I could choose any knife to make scales and accessory for it and it would be easier for me to ask more money on the expensive knife than the less one, and probably get more appreciation. I like people here in the BK&T sub forum that why I offer my service here first and tried to be competitive on the pricing. I hope I have more support in the long run. Anyway, I's been a pleasure to be friend with you guys here. I'm still around and checking back very often. Thanks folks!
