Never have, but have thought about it several times.

What did you have in mind to do?

On the Azwelke BK16 sheath, I want to make a rig for the benchmade proper...

Also, want to rig an alox cadet to the sheath of the custom knife Daizee made for me.

You Should.... It's Soooo Easy!!! All it takes is a heat gun.
Anyone can do it

I don't think I could ever buy another knife sheath.
Plus you can get it Exactly how You want it.

Once you make a few, you will wish you had done it sooner.

I've made quiet a few, and Need to buy more supplies soon.

I agree. I have made kydex sheaths before, I made the BK9 sheath on my pic above.

I need to get off my but, and make a few more.... I keep buying more knives, whiteout finishing the mods. I think I have over five that need some work.
