Great write up Moose!! :thumbup: Do you have a youtube channel with these types of things in video formats? I really don't know if there is a Becker (or general) knife safety channel on youtube.

Hey man, about 2 years ago I was pushing 290lbs. I was F-A-T. Not saying everyone at 290 is that fat but I sure was.

I've dropped around 60lbs since then so as far as I'm concerned, we look GOOOOOOOOOOOOOD.:D

Good luck with your loss, it's a bitch (can I say that here?) but it's worth it.:thumbup:

ETA: And I LOVE my tarp hat, it's the only hat I wear.

I'll have to try that on my BK11. Thanks again for the pictures and the tips. Sometimes learning from experience is NOT the best teaching method...especially when it comes to very sharp things...

Very nice post, alot of useful information to me in there. I would of never thought of alot of those things you did. I would of probably done something wrong and been one of those posting about a knife bite.

Sorry, I answered it earlier in the thread, its the ESEE5 Sheath. Good sheath, that was its second outting. By the fall next year, it look much different.
