I like the modifications you've made, Bushy, although that latest jimping looks a little radical. I'm not sure my poor, delicate, pampered thumb could take it.:D

I'd be interested in a description of what tools you used to do all that with...as my post count suggests, I'm pretty much a noob at all this.

Likewise if you ever decide to go into BK-2 modding business let us know.

Stormrider, i used nothing more than a Pfaff (german) chainsaw file. STIHL also makes good chainsaw files.

Bridegman, that firesteel is a plain ol generic swiss style fire steel.

I think Bushman5 is taking a break from the forums. Wish his pics were still alive. Is there any chance that anyone saved them and would be able/willing to upload them? I would really like to mod mine BKII and loved the mods that Bushman5 did.

Old thread I know but he did some cool stuff.

Oddly enough, I talked to him last night (via email). He's working hard, and doing some other things right now. He's away from the forum for personal reasons.

Will he be back? I don't know. But if he does come back at some point, I'm sure he'll be happy to re-post the pictures.
 
A lot of folks aren't on forums as much this time of year, seems forums are more of a wintertime stuck inside kind of thing ;)
