BK24 D'EsKabar, A First Look

i just had a wild hair tickel my brain......FIRST THIS IS NOT GOING TO HAPPEN.....I would love to take a Becker blade shape.....Say a BK16 and do a couple dozen in half a dozen different steels and see what happens when you all start discussing the pros and cons........I would be a little worried about fisticuffs anyway.....LOL........Dream on Becker, dream on....LOL.....

But really im a fan of the normal 1095. D2 doesnt do much for me. maybe a bk11 or bk14 s30v satin finish would be nice.

Wow ! No kidding. I was about half way through this thread when I saw this sweetness. My farticus maximus damn near fell off the chair when I orbed it.

It really is all in that thread you know.

It clearly shows him grinding off the back handle of the bk11 and then welding a homemade izula handle to the 11 blade, and finally reapplying black paint.

Bushcraft blades seem to be popular and just about everyone is making one now. So why not a KaBar Becker in that shape? You see if you don't make one, I'm going to have to buy one of the new Blackjack versions. :D I already have the Condor (Bushlore) and its a bit too much of a tank for me. But I like the Condor Kephart which is essentially the same size as the BK-16.
