BK29 in 50?

an impact tool like the machax is probably most happy as 4140 or 5160 or somesuch... 3v? seems silly

I'd love to see the 4 in 5160!! I snag up one of those pretty dern quick!


As for the 29 I wouldn't mind getting one but I'll most likely not. The 20 suits me just fine as a big chopper, and since I'm not overwhelmed with orders for sheaths for that one it may not be worth getting the 29 for the same reason.

The package deal is such a great deal. Don't like the snake charmer? Unload it for a few bucks and pass on the savings. Same with the 5 (although I want to keep mine). Worst case is you'll end up with a $100 bk29. Which imo is a pretty amazing deal especially when considering the low number of makes.

I agree I think the 20 caught a lot of the pent up demand for seonthing new and big. The 29 is just too similar and the snake charmer isn't a Becker.

All that said I bought one and quite like it. I think I like the 29 better than the 20 but that purely from a looks got performance perspective.
