I made just the knife in black and white. Added the light flare. Originally, it didn't have the light flare. I was just trying to make the knife look like something from the past in a modern world. Really not the right photo for it, but it's what I had.

hey you're getting all technical and stuff ... I'm lucky if the camera gets an image when I press the button ...

but seriously I really like the pictures you did with Kephart's image faded over the BK62 ... I may have stolen it to have ... are there copyrights on it? lol

I've learned a lot over the years taking photos. Having the image fill the screen when necessary, etc. The real magic happens when I enhance them using GIMP. I add a little color, as the camera, at least my camera, doesn't pick up the color as the eye does.

I like that one too. I add "The Warrior" to them, unless they're small, then I don't normally. This one is still my fav:

I pulled out an old leather sheath that I wasn't using that I had made for tweeners a while back. Fits the 62 like it was made for it. Also hit the hardware store up and got some brass screws. Lightly sanded the handles with some 2000 grit paper and then rubbed some lemon oil on it.
