FYI The Bk62 fits the tweener sheath perfect.

That is good to know. Guess it would fit one of my many Condor sheaths as well which are similar to the factory BK-62 sheath. I'm good with the current sheath however.

Seems that just about everyone that wanted one of the BK-62's from the early production runs have gotten them now. I guess things will slow down now. But it would make a great Christmas present for your outdoors oriented friends.

Okay I took a few glam shots with my phone for fun No edits or anything, I just wanted to get some pics before I used the blade at all. Fun fact: the rabbit fur I used was from the rabbit I skinned at Beckerwest a few years ago, hence why I used it in some of the shots! I am no photographer but here we go!

I couldn't help but take a couple with the 16. It's definitely one of my favorites. I like the grain too! I think I might sand a couple small rough spots and put a lil mineral oil on the scales.

2nd knife arrived. Kephart logo is lighter on the first knife. I don't know if it's a fluke or the difference between the first run or the second, anyway, cool knives.

nice to have another becker again

aside from my mora 510 my kepharts are my favorite knives (two on the left are ml knives and the orange one is a bark river 3v).

compared to the ml knives for the curious...used to be when you read kephart it's ml knives that's the one to have...my first impression is now it has a stiff competition for that title

no doubt the bk62 is the closest in terms of the real deal...what i meant to say is which one will become more popular...maybe using the word "kephart" was a poor choice for what i was trying to convey and "spear-point" style of knife is better
