BK9 Viking style updated! 11/09/2015 It's done!

Not only really nice looking as well as unique, but pretty damned inventive as well. Sadly, I never put a whole lotta thought into how I'm going to carry them.....But I have a 9 that I etched with some Celtic knotwork and this thread makes me reconsider that attitude....

WOW! That's the most awesome sheath I've ever seen posted on bladeforums.............and it's a DIY no less!

Bigg,

Absolutely fantastic imagination and craftsmanship. Thanks for sharing.

That creation would look mighty fine with wood scales.....

Nice I love Viking history and the craftsmen of that time a lot of that knowledge and skill has been lost. I find to cool to not try my own take on it.

Having no artistic talent myself, it amazes me that someone can conceive and then create such an cool piece - well done. Can't wait to see the finished version with wood handles.

Wow man!
Very impressive!
I really like that 7 setup too. That brass ring in the middle really sets it off.
Truly nice work.
And thanks for the work on the Beckerhead logos. They're my favorite t-shirts.

Explatives...just wow man, what can I say that hasn't been said? Thanks for sharing bro! PUHLEEEESE be sure to show us the final product!

Gørillasen. Yep. That's your new name. Gørillasen, those sheaths are UNBELIEVABLE! Truly amazing mate! And to have some big hitters like Uncle E, Dubz the Warrior, 710 Julio and the great Blahdeeté comment as they did is truly an honour. Gørillasen, you are SUPER talented. Now send them all to me please..

That there is an epic sheath. Seems like almost a shame to have Grivory sticking out instead of some sort of crazy carved Viking handle scales though. Got any plans to update those?

Thank you guys so much for all the awesome comments it means alot coming from all you Beckerheads! I'm getting the wood scales today and it will be finished this weekend I will update the post when it's done!
