Traxs, I looked at the info, and still have not come up with the conclusion. DOes this mean someone bought these and put them in there packeage?

I wish I could contribute more information to all this, but I honestly do not remember the manner in which I originally acquired this knife. However, the markings/verbage on the package seem to me to be pretty exclusive to Buck itself, so I would really question the legality of any repackaging in this manner without some express consent or acknowlegement by Buck.
