I got a black mini commander for trade. See the pictures for wear. Scratches on blade, centering is good, a tiny bit of side to side play but i think you could tighten the pivot to get rid of it, this is my first emerson so i dont know if all of them are like this but i doesnt flick open the best, it requires a little bit of wrist action. but opening it slowly, it opens nicely, one of the clip screws looked stripped so i took that screw out and ill just include it in the box. The screw is still useable, it just looks chewed up, i removed it with no porblems I think emerson will send you a new clip screw, no chips in blade, sharp edge
