Anyone have trouble with them? I painstakingly ordered a specific knife and they told me it was the knife version I wanted telling me they checked and everything. It was not the correct knife. I left a message and now all of a sudden they do not call back. Sent an email and it went unanswered for several days now and running. I am guessing they are a garbage company or lese just closing out their knife line
