BLADE - Antlanta '07 Who's going?

JCaswell,
4000 is a haul!!! I like your idea of the big cushy car rental and then fly back.:D I ended up doing something like that when I went to the Moran school in Arkansas.

JDM, I have a theory that Waffle House is part of the witness protection program! Your waffle chef may have killed seven men but dang he makes a great waffle!
See ya there.

I'm big on the dress code that says "4 tooth minimum" when it comes to folks preparing my food:D

I was planning on going to the show this year but with my son having leukemia and me going to have surgery sometime in the up coming weeks. Unfortunately I will not be going . Better luck next year. ----------------

I'll be there. 2 booths at the back of the room next to the shipping docks for easy loading. Oh...my poor aching back!! It takes a year to heal after the Blade Show.

CYA there!!

Is it true there is going to be "buy one, get one free" sale at your booth :D

(did I just start a vicious rumor?)

This will be my first big show and going to THE BIG SHOW is not sinking in yet. I'm looking forward to meeting as many forumites as I can.

Buy one .... get one free...?

Even better....

...it's ALL you can stuff in a grocery sack.

I look forward to meeting you Kerry!!

Blade is more than worth the 15 hr drive. We'll be there and we look forward to seeing everyone.

I had a thought. Since it only takes about 1/2 of Friday to go through the show and the rest will be spent socializing and hassling, maybe some of us ABS newbies who don't have tables this year can volunteer to do short term bathroom break, etc, tablesitting duties in compensation for all of the time we are going to force you GOOD smiths to waste on our technical questions:D

Ha, ha, ha! I can see it now. The guy comes back and his table is GONE! Knives, tablecloth, even the table and chairs. It would be a great "Candid-Camera" moment (for about 20 seconds anyway).:D :D

Since the entire Marriott chain has gone non-smoking (wonder if that includes the Pit) I made reservations at the Sheraton Suites so I will be a short drunken stumble across the pedestrian bridge from the Galleria. If anyone wants to have a "stink-up-Joe's-room" drunken cigar fest one of the nights, feel free to drop by:D

I will be there, living here and all, and hope to meet many of you!!!!
