I won an auction of drfcorp on January 10th and paid via Paypal within one hour of the end of the auction. Last Tuesday I emailed him and asked for the tracking number and the date of shipment. He replied "If there was a problem with your order I would have let you know. I'm behind in shipping and payables. I apologize." I figured I would give him a break, I get behind myself sometimes.
Yesterday I noticed he had posted a few more things for auction on Blade Auction and Ebay. It would seem to me that if you have time to post more auctions you would have time to get caught up on shipping.
I posted feedback today on Blade Auction stating I hadn't received my knife after two weeks and I wasn't happy with the slow service. Josh sent me an email asking that I not post feedback until the transaction was completed. I replied to him that I understood but drfcorp had another auction going and I thought people should be aware of the slow turn around.
Josh deleted my feedback post on Blade Auction.
I probably won't be going back there any time soon...
Mark,
I know Dan personally. While he can sometimes be a little slow to ship, he has always delivered what was paid for. I have bought several times from DrfCorp (Dan) and I did have to ride him alittle concerning shipping once.
He just has too many irons in the fire, and business may be alittle too good. Dan probably should pay closer attention, but he is an HONEST Man.........Ira
Also, got your "package". So far, you are the only one to mail me anything
Thanks for the comment Wolf. I'll give Dan a break. I'm just a little touchy I guess from the Simon deal. Overall rating on him is good, so I hope he does continue to give good service to his customers.
