shoudve come here first. had to cancell my order with them cause all the complaints posted here are exactly the same as min, no tracking number... it was already shipped... our bad no it wasnt already shipped ... ultimately me saying cancell the damn order morons.
 
Ya I had the same problem. I ordered a knife from them. 10 minutes later for some reason I just had a bad feeling about it. I checked on here and saw what the members were saying about them. I was so pissed. I canceled my order. The crappy part is that it took them nearly a month to refund my money after numerous calls and emails. If you haven't already got your money back from them, good luck trying. You can file a complaint the the Federal Trade Commission. Enough of these and it'll be a good step towards putting these crooks out of business. Here's the link:

I ordered a GATCO kit and accessories on the 4th of September. 10 days later I asked about it and they said, "Oh yeah, those are on back order". They said should be in the 22nd. Here it is the 5th of October and no product and they won't return emails. NEVER AGAIN!
 
They continue to go their merry way ripping people off. I refuse to order anything on line from the state of Tennessee since they obviously refuse to regulate business there and have taken no action in shutting these criminals down.
 
Same issue. I ended up having to take it up with credit card company. Finally got my money back.
 
I just called and canceled my order and they said it would be credited to my VISA within 10 days. Let's see how this goes. I am also filing a complaint with the BBB although I see they already have a grade of "F"
