to me...Manufacturing Quality pertains to the machining tolerances of the various parts of a knife, and the fact that, when assembled, these knives work and work well. I suspect that the titanium and various steels parts, including the blade materials, are of a pretermined and constant higher quality than might be normally expected of more "commonly-seen" production knives. Smoothness and security of normal function/operation of the blade indicates that great foreknowledge and care, including fine finishing, polishing, honing is likely accomplished by hands-on operation of experienced masters of the trade.
I suspect I'm not too far off.
