Blade Show 2014 Pics Thread

Heres a better pic of the bronze. The MOAB is measuring 5/16ths thick. I think these were considered skinny MOABs? Correct me if I'm wrong.
I think I only remember seeing 5 tags thrown for these Bronze coated MOABS. I don't think the shop is going to do more bronze in the future.

Hehe well I'm gonna give it a work out just as soon as I paid it off which shouldn't take more than a week or two.
The MOAB was unexpected so unfortunately I had to put it on the credit card.
We don't live far apart Paul we should try and get together again soon.

Here is a quick shot of my Blade truckload:)

a few duplications which I will probably release back into the trough at some point

George, I'm somewhat new to Busse knives. What is that knife just below the OD green sheath?

It doesn't LOOK like a Busse, but I really like the design.

Your correct its not a Busse. I'm gonna take a guess at it being a Treeman Knives.

Couple pics of the madness!

So what is the preferred strategy here? They drop the chain, you grab everything that is in front of you, and then work out trades later for what you really want?

Looks like cut resistant gloves will come in handy.

Really like the lighter MOAB. The previous ones were too thick @ spine. This should be nice to chop!

Joe is correct.....that was my total haul from Blade, so there are a few other makers in the group.
Everything with round white tags is Bussekins....the one you are referring to is by James Behring Jr. out of Montana.
His dad, Jim Behring of Ray, MI has Treeman Knives.

The knife is one of two he made named "Rainbow Trout Bridger " (coating looks like a Rainbow Trout) from his Behring Technical line.
