My wife went in for minor surgery last week, suspose to be 1.5 hours in the OR, overnight recovery. Turned out to be 4.5 hours in surgery, and 6 days in the hospital, and it looks like it if going to be at least a couple of weeks before she is fully mobile. :(

I hope you guys have a wonderful time, and I guess I will see you all at Blade 2010. :)

I'm sorry Chuck. I just saw this after I emailed your about whether or not you were coming. That sucks big time brother. Prayers are going up for her and you bro.
 
Do we have a time to meet scheduled yet?


We got an e-mail from School yesterday. My son has a "mandatory" meeting in preperation for this summer's extra curricular activities Friday evening at 6:30. If we can't get out of the meeting, it will just be me at the RAT Gathering.
 
I know that I won't be able to get there until 7:30-8PM. I think we decided on anytime in there.
 
About 8 more hours. This is driving me nuts. Work is going to creep by today. Not to mention that my wife just called and said that my 12ft of steel just showed up. I should be able to grind about 16 knives out of that. At least two will be giant RTAK size choppers.
 
Last night was pretty fun. Got to meet some really cool people. Whitty was super cool. We didn't hang out much at the dinner, but we ran into each other back at the hotel.

Good times. Looking forward to hanging out with everyone again.

...Now I'll go back to my hangover coma.

I am glad that I did not get to see your original post.

Had a freaking blast though. Great to meet everyone. I will definitely work my schedule to stay longer next year. This will be an annual trip for me.
