i quit my job this week. two bosses FIERCEsomely pissed off. fuck'em. i have needs.

one of which, is more life balance. gotta get to those events with like minded people.

Hey, Bladite... sometimes you just gotta do what you gotta do. Bosses seem to think that EVERYTHING must revolve around work and you're personal life needs to suck it up and take the short straw. Shows what they know. I didn't leave on my own terms like you did,, but when the Austin based computer company I worked for sent my job to China and said don't let the door hit you on the way out, it was one of the best things that ever happened, in the long run. With any bad luck at all, they will be wishing you were still there long after you've forgotten how happy you were to leave.
 
Just punished a gigantic heap of coconut shrimp at Pappadeaux. Side of dirty rice and crème brulee for dessert. I love Atlanta. :D
 
Anyone wanna meet up for breakfast in the morning before the show? There are a few places around that do breakfast, however the winner (IMHO, ymmv) Is the waffle house on the corner.
 
There's a Waffle House literally in the parking lot of our hotel. We had breakfast for dinner there last night, and I just polished off the leftovers....
 
What hotel you at? I'm at the Extended stay tonight, but tomorrow at the Sheraton. Is there somewhere else around better for breakfast?

I'm not sure there is such a thing as a better breakfast place than WH, unless you want to pay way more for something fancier, or someone knows an actual family-owned diner instead.
 
You should have my number, if you wanna grab breakfast call/text in the morning. I don't know of any better breakkie places either!
