BLADE Show.......

Here I am drinking vodka from a water bottle and looking for pockets to pick.

A) my glutes look AWESOME in that pic! (as always...)

B) I want my wallet back. Preferably with all $7 dollars still in it. :grumpy:

Maybe I should rethink future schedules?... Go to the fall gatherings, pass on the spring gathering, so that I can go to Blade. Two trips east in such a short time is tough.

But if I'd done that this year I would have missed the grind in. I guess I just want it all:confused:

Just become a millionaire, then you can go to everything.

I planned on attending Blade for months. Had to work in Nashville. Even working tomorrow, but I wouldn't attend on just Sunday. Folks are often thinking more about heading out than the show at that point and there often isn't much left to buy. I feel sure that you KaBar folks worked your butts off and the attendee's had a great time browsing knives.

I wish I could have gone. I'll be on that side of the country around this time next year, so I'm hopeful. Thanks for the pics Trade.

Pretty much the only picture from Blade matters....

Thank you Ethan, Moose, Guyon, and Bladite! I had a great time and will be back next year!

Uncle E looks pretty worn out in that photo. Bet he was busy the entire show.

Ya I imagine so. I never saw him sit down once. He was either manning the booth or on the floor.

Thought about photo bombing that one, but I played nice. :p

I took exactly one picture at Blade, and I can never post it.

man, what a show. my feet still hurt.

TSA inspected my bags and cut my zipties keeping everything together, but nothing appears stolen, so that's good

did get any of the "traditional" food venues this trip: the bbq joint, mangianos, papadeaux, brazilan beef...

but got some killer "chili hashbrowns" as Awful House, and some some professional people that were worth taking the time to look at. my my my.

12 pounds of swag :D

I'm so glad that you were able to restrain yourself. That one is going over the mantle in the den, at least until my wife finds out. :D

We had a blast, bought a bunch of stuff and really enjoyed seeing friends and making new ones. Ate good, drank much and learned how to turn around six times on Cobb Parkway in heavy traffic. We're near Savannah doing some island and tidal river paddling for a few days. Just had a grit orgy at Waffle House and ready to rock out. :D

I'll have to admit you have awesome glutes. And good whiskey in a coke bottle. I forgot to re-set my watch from Turkey time and got up at noon yesterday.
