We told GEC (through Spark) to change the swedge on the wharnie to a draw swedge after that drawing was created. I haven't heard "no" to this so I assume it's a go. It should be confirmed by the prototype.
The BladeForums.com 2024 Traditional Knife is available! Price is $250 ea (shipped within CONUS).

I wish I had funds for one! The full, rounded spine on the wharncliffe, combined with a strong curve to the clip will make this a great knife. Hope the secondary market isn't too mean to me when finances come around and I can start buying more than $5 knives!
Congrats to all getting one- looks like a winner!
It was likely cut out with an EDM, which uses a wire that would cut in from the edge & then cut the hole (rather than bore it out).
Freezer, I think neil knows more than I do!![]()
Had to drool some more.
I'M getting the tube art ready for Bill@ GEC... heres a tease
I'll throw up the actual tube art when i get the final go ahead from our esteemed 2012 council
