BladeForums 2024 Traditional Knife

August 29 for me, no tracking as of yet. Christmas did just happen yesterday, holidays are usually busy for everyone. Spark is probably wanting to ship these out and get this over with more than we want our knives. 😂
8/29 also and still waiting. I’d imagine Christmas slowed him down a bit. Which is fine, rather expected.

I ordered mid-morning 8/29. I'm in no hurry, but still relieved I'm not the only early bird with no tracking. Possibly has something to do with my requesting a 3 digit number.
Did you folks ever consider that Spark may have access to Santa's Naughty/Nice list, and that the order in which BF Knives are shipped may depend on info available in that list??

I'm in the 8/29 order club as well. I received a tracking number on 12/21 & there hasn't been any updates since then from the USPS.
But as others have said the holidays have slowed things down, which is understandable. I can be patient while they catch up.
I bet the postal service didn't expect these orders coming through though, now they are getting overrun with hundreds of Forum Knives from here until after the new year!!! 😬🤣

Number 27 checking in! I was very fortunate to get one of the numbers I requested, the number 27 is significant to me as it is my grandfathers birth year (he raised me and was my best friend until the day he passed).

F&F excellent, pulls are nearly perfect for my hand (I’m going to guess a 5/6? I am not well versed, they are all stout but very easy to open), and I really like the size of the pattern. About the same as my Buck 307 in terms of size, but put together with better materials and much more attention to detail. Grinds are also very good on my example. Overall I couldn’t be happier.

Thank you so much to Spark Spark for this enormous undertaking, and dealing with 81 pages of worry, wonder, anxiety, and excitement. And thank you to meako meako for an amazing write up, I found myself hanging on every word. I cherish the tube as much as the knife, and you did not disappoint.

Cheers to a fantastic conclusion to 2024, and high hopes of great things to come in 2025.

You got one of the numbers I requested but at least I know I’m not getting it now lol . Although my second request still has a chance I guess . Either way just for fun is the main reason I requested it . But the 27th was the year my mother was born so don’t feel bad or anything 🥹🤗 J/K enjoy that #27 😆

I got tired of hearing that mouse fart so I bought these. Should be entertaining although not so much for him 😁

Thanks BP_ BP_
I ts number 4 ...I always try to get the story of the lead up in....thought a tribute to Kevin would be nice... at least that was the idea...never met the guy but it seemed fitting to portray him as some sort of American hero of olden (traditional )times...for without him ...where would we be?...😁...
