I believe, you just order them $5/piece, complete your transaction and Spark will send you a separate invoice with the actual shipping cost for your country.
 
I got my order in last night.

Full color knife+flames, tan knife and axe
They should match my Maxpedition Proteus and Condor II respectively

I've been wanting these for a long time. :)
