Evidently your envelope was "damaged" (mangled would be a better term) @ the Louisville Processing & Distribution Center. Good news is the patches survived, can't say the same for the envelope. Ordered mine Oct. 30th. Haven't heard anything.
Is there a shipping protocol, by posting the Paypal transaction number and such?
 
As of right now, I have 10 patch shipments left to go out. I will post your names as soon as the envelopes are done. Caleb, yours shipped this week as stated above. :)
