I ordered 1 and had a CC problem them ordered a second because I figured I rather just deal with two then non at all so the second one went through no problem

I also rec'd the credit card error email about an hour ago, but just within the past few minutes, I rec'd and email from my bank showing the transaction went through.
 
We crashed credit card processor. I spoke with them and when it is up and running, all who got their orders in will be completed. They are basically on hold until payment has been secured.
 
So bladehq...we just ignore the credit card problem form auto email from y'all? Y'all will handle it?
 
Damn i wish id just waited rather than jumping on the second they went live.

We took precautions to prepare our servers to handle the throngs of customers that were going to submit their orders at release to grab one!

Our credit card processor was warned to expect a spike in volume in anticipation of the release but were still unable to process all the payments as they came in.

As a result, your order is being held for you while we resolve the payment processing. Any duplicate orders or quantities of more than 3 knives will be cancelled.

You’ll be sent another email with confirmation that your payment has been successfully processed, followed with an email containing your tracking details as it’s ready to ship out.

If we have any questions or concerns regarding your order, we will contact you by phone to resolve those with you.

Yea my 2 are secured as well they said...but I'm just a lil concerned with them saying they're gonna rerun the initial orders...my bank already had the funds removed..i surely don't want it removed again. That'll take a week to repost to my account if they refund a double.

Kind of ironic that the people that were hitting F5F5F5F5F5F5F5F5 are the ones that are getting the errors, seems the people that waited until things got settled down already have their shipping info, lmao.
 
Got mine at 9:00 on the nose. Shipped 70 minutes after I finished checking out. Girlfriend is displeased but whatever :P

Got my 2 right when it went live! Gonna sell my s30v military to recoupe some money.

I had a para2 a few years back but gifted it. My favorite knife to date.

It'll be in stock thru the weekend if I had to guess. The ONLY reason I ordered one right on the nose when it went live was to be one of the first ones to receive it. Well....so much for that. :rolleyes:
 
Placed an order for one “Spyderco M4 ParaMilitary2 Knife Natural G-10 (C81GM4P2)” at 9:00am PT on the dot and the order went through fast.

However, it did not show up on my BladeHQ Order Status page and there was no pending charge on my CC. At 9:10am PT I received a "Payment Error" email from BladeHQ but saying "We'll keep the items you placed in your order on hold for 48 hours". I tried calling but their lines were busy. I emailed back that "Payment Error" email and received a response at 10:15am PT:

At around 10:30am PT I checked my CC again and there's a pending charge of $159.99 from BladeHQ!

However, as of 11:00am the order is still not on the BladeHQ Order Status page.

I'm sure it'll be fine...
 
When I saw the credit card error message, I tried calling and couldn't get through to a rep(shocker). I tried ordering again, and the order was submitted. I then tried calling again to make sure I wasn't charged twice. I finally got through and found out that I was charged twice. I got that settled, and now can stop being so silly. Until the CF arrives.
