Fixed it for ya. Good vendors aren't out to steal you money, but in the end you should follow up if it's taken longer than it should. A polite email or phone call is usually all it takes.

Agree completely. I've been very happy with BladeHQ and I think they're an upstanding dealer. That said, as long as the OP isn't trying to convince us they're a bunch of scam artists I don't think he deserves the heat that some seem to be throwing his way. No way to know if this is common practice if no one speaks up.

Here we go again..Premature BS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Grow up people...Be accountable...You feel you are being singled out.?
People have become lazy...Entitlement issues are HUGE these days....Do your footwork..Be an adult.. Follow up..
Things happen..Its not as if the very very reputable company..Was trying to deliberately slight you
It also takes up to 72 hours ..perhaps longer to see a credit on ones Credit Card
A phone call and or an email should have come FAR FAR before this pettiness..
Think..........Well this blew for ya huh??????????

I was gonna add something, but I think Keith covered all the bases here!!

Some of just don't make mistakes...
For everyone else, a quick phone call, email, etc corrects everything.

Did the OP claim literally any of that? Your position is a complete strawman. Heck, he pointed out in the post that a phone call did fix it.

I don't need any warnings to look into my bank account within an appropriate time frame to verify something that I expect to
be there is there. That is why I asked how tiny of a transaction this must have been to have not noticed for 2+ months.

I'd probably miss 20-75 for a while, but if I ever thought of it again, called and they fixed it right away, no GBU thread needed.
Now if the knife was up into the hundreds I would be watching my account for it and probably have made a phone call within
a week or two.

Exactly,No disrespect but how could the OP not look to see if a refund has been processed. Yes it is a mistake, But to warn folks about it. If promptly followed up on this post would have never started.

His position is simply that posting here was a ready, fire aim reaction and was done before he determined that E-mail and phone calling was ineffective.

The Giz man's position is that this type of thread was not yet necessary and the OP fired too quickly.

Of course one needs to understand how emotional Giz gets over stuff like this, it clearly pisses hime off!!!:D:eek::D

Um, the OP clearly stated how the issue was resolved with a phone call. I mean, I don't particularly give a fig for the OP, but his post was quite mild and seemed focused on the facts of what happened.

From some of the reactions you would have thought he called the dealer the most treacherous hive of scum and villainy you'll ever see.
