Anyone have any experiences good/bad with these guys?

Prices on some makes and models are incredibly good (Hanwei, Ontario, etc)

This thread is probably going to get moved to GBU. I have ordered from Blade Matrix several times and have had very good service, and fast shipping every time.

Friendly company when I dealt with them. The knife I ordered was not what I expected, not defective in any way, just not acceptable to me. They refunded with no questions. I would use them again.

This is Kinda surprising, since I posted the question about 3 1/2 years ago. However, I went back to their site and their prices on everything, not just knives, is super low. Thanks for the comments.

they can be slow from ordering to actual shipping, that is my only complaint. Great prices and selection, decent communication and all my orders arrived without a problem.
