I recently place an order with them and after receiving my order from them, discovered that they were deliberately over charging for shipping.Also,If you look around their site at items to compare MSRP sometimes, significantly over that.So it pays to know what the other sites prices are.

Responses to my emails varied from same day,next day or something like a week after.
