hmmmm - no knife in the picture. You'll have to trust me that I have a Tolk in my right fron't pocket, and a GEC 55 (amber jigged bone/wharnie) in my left.

Ice cubes in Baker's. :eek: (just kidding - your bourbon, enjoy it the way you like it)

I'd have said a Manhattan, because of the vermouth.
(I've never had/made one; but I've done Old Fashioneds.)
 
I highly recommend these two for any of you connoisseurs. Both fine bourbons if you can find them. They are often sold out around here.
