Beautiful forest hike in the Tahoe-Donner area!

Was another nice morning - 47°F:

We saw a couple deer (one with some little spikes) and I think he was on full alert the entire hike, barely wanted to chase pine cones or acorns:

Another nice morning hike, forgot my jacket, so I just had to move faster.. was 48°F:

I asked him, "are you having fun?" - his response "YES!"

Caught some fish. No pics but they were huge

Sat at the top for about an hour eating and soaking in the views.
