Is you Case Peanut new to you?

It was a gift from over a year ago, Gary. A 1990 SFO with cocobolo scales. Very nice, but I usually tote something a little larger. I was reading the book last night. Got it recently at an auction house/estate sale for $1.00. A 1961 printing of a 1952 book--probably the first Peanuts paperback compilation.

Back when Snoopy was still a dog.

Now that I read this, the fog is lifting a little, and I remember that I've seen your cocobolo Peanut, and I remember the bargains you reported after visiting the estate sale recently. An uncle and aunt whose house we often visited after church when I was in middle school usually had Peanuts compilations, and I'd read those instead of playing with my girl cousins.
